Fi Levels turns your dog’s total lifetime steps, every single one since activation—into a level that only ever moves forward. With 12 unique levels ranging from Wood to Galaxy, your dog’s rank appears on their Pet Profile, shows up in community rankings, and shares across the Fi network.
Best of all, your dog’s level never goes down. Unlike traditional fitness apps, there are no weekly resets or seasonal leaderboards wiping out hard-earned progress. Whether you have a busy week or a quiet month, every step permanently counts toward your dog’s fitness goals.

The 12 Fi Levels: From Wood to Galaxy
Every pup begins at Wood the day their smart collar is activated, unlocking new tiers as their cumulative lifetime step count grows:
- Wood — 0 steps
- Clay — 15,000 steps
- Stone — 100,000 steps
- Iron — 375,000 steps
- Bronze — 750,000 steps
- Silver — 3,000,000 steps
- Gold — 6,500,000 steps
- Titanium — 12,000,000 steps
- Emerald — 20,000,000 steps
- Sapphire — 30,000,000 steps
- Diamond — 50,000,000 steps
- Galaxy — 100,000,000 steps
Initial levels are designed for quick progression so pets and owners feel immediate success. However, reaching the upper tiers requires years of consistent activity tracking. Currently, over half of all active dogs have achieved Silver or higher, while roughly a quarter have reached Gold. The exclusive Galaxy tier sits at the top, reserved for the most active dogs on the platform.

Redesigned Pet Profile with a Digital Trophy Case
Along with Fi Levels, the redesigned Pet Profile features an all-new trophy case, a permanent space to showcase everything your pet achieves. As your dog levels up, new trophies are automatically collected, creating a visual showcase of their activity tracking journey.
